Main Itinerary
10th May | All day: Guests arrive in London and are transported exclusively to the Four Seasons Hotel London Park Lane or their private residence.
10th May | From 6.30 - 7.30 PM: Networking drinks at the Four Seasons, Pavyllon Privé on the first floor. Dress code: Formal
10th May | 7.30 PM: Guests make their way to The Dorchester Hotel for the Welcome Dinner. Dinner is expected to conclude at 10.30 PM.
Dress code: Formal
11th May | 9:00 AM: Guests make their way to the Four Seasons Ballroom on the first floor for the Forum. The Forum is expected to conclude at 3:30 PM.
Dress code: Business Attire
11th May | 7.30 PM: Guests make their way to Kensington Palace for the Gala Dinner (via group ground transfers). Dinner is expected to conclude at 10.30 PM.
Dress code: Formal
12th May | AM/PM: Guests make their way to the airport for their return flight (exclusive transportation to the airport provided by GIB if confirmed at the point of registering or a follow up email to the GIB Events Team). Cars will not be available for guests who have not requested a transfer.
